Who constitutes the Fellowship of the Academy?

The Fellowship is a community of process work practitioners from industry, academia and other settings. It is a forum for developing the field of process work itself and provides avenues and opportunities for sharing the ongoing process of learning of practitioners.

Can I be a Fellow of the Academy?

Yes, it is possible that you could. To become a Fellow of the Academy, requires that you complete certain essential requirements:

Firstly, you need to undertake and complete the Fellowship programme, generally offered during the Summer event. This requires your commitment over three summers (though not necessarily consecutive summers). In addition, you will need to attend two Meta Labs. You will find announcements of these programmes on this site well in advance of the event.

The Education Committee that oversees your movement and development through the Fellowship process, takes the decision on an invitation to you to join the Academy as a Fellow and an Institutional member, after your having completed the essential requirements as above.  Once you communicate your intent to accept the invitation and seek the Fellowship of the Academy, you are called upon to attend the Institutional meet of the Fellows of the Academy.

At the Institutional Meet, you are required to make a personal statement to those assembled outlining among other things the journey of your own personal development and unfolding, and of the commitment you bring to Sumedhas, the Academy, and an exposition on any aspect of the living process that draws upon experience / theory and one's insights.

You are then formally accepted as an Institutional member.
