The Winter Program

The program serves as an introduction to the conceptual / theoretical bases of Process Work and Organization Development. The program’s includes a multi-disciplinary appreciation of the diverse influences on understanding human and organization processes and their implications when juxtaposed with the Sumedhas perspective.

The Winter Program is held during end-January.
